Kelley Swing | CEO Owner, Sustainable Salons

Following health issues from years of corporate salon management, Kelley was inspired by the lack of sustainable beauty practices in Texas. This led her to establish Head Case in 2016, promoting a healthy work environment that fostered personal and professional growth. Unhappy with salon distributors, she started a sustainable distribution company in 2017. Kelley sees her role as a salon owner as a caretaker for her team, and is driven to support fellow salon owners while advocating for a sustainable beauty industry.
