The past seven years have shown me how salon ownership can be lonely and sometimes competitive. Hearing of fellow salons struggling and inevitably having to close their doors for good often left me disheartened.

Early frustrations with salon distribution companies led me to launch my sustainable-based distribution company in 2017. Creating my distribution company led me to an entirely new hair family. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from and work closely with some of the most talented and experienced leaders in salon sustainability worldwide.
